All full-time, hourly and salaried associates who work an average of 30 hours or more per week, and their eligible dependents, may participate in the Paradies Lagardere Benefits Programs. New Hire Enrollment for both salaried and hourly associates must be completed within 30 days from date of hire. The elections you make now will stay in effect until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event (QLE).
